About APCORISE
Industrial and Systems Engineering is concerned with the design, improvement and installation of integrated systems of people, materials, information, equipment and energy. It draws upon specialized knowledge and skill in the mathematical, physical, and social sciences together with the principles and methods of engineering analysis and design, to specify, predict, and evaluate the results to be obtained from such systems.
The Industrial Engineering Department of Universitas Indonesia is organizing an annual international conference, Asia Pacific Conference on Research in Industrial and Systems Engineering (APCORISE) for scholars and practitioners in industrial and systems engineering research area, to present, disseminate, and discuss their research results. APCORISE is a part of our initiative to provide a forum for researchers, engineers, and professionals to discuss and exchange the current research, the new technology and solutions in industrial engineering area. It is to be expected that this conference can foster the development of innovative solutions by integrating the role of people, process and technology. APCORISE has been successfully held since 2018.
